IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY KNOW Moveable Groundsheets [I.e. fixed to wooden/metal frames].
B.E. have explained There is no single type of moveable groundsheet , making it impossible for B.E. to carry out a risk assessment on them. Therefore, having considered the issue carefully, we do not endorse moveable groundsheets and they should not be used in National or County competitions. Clubs wishing to use them for all other matches, including Club friendlies and leagues should be aware of insurance implications. Clubs may however, continue to use FIXED groundsheets in line with Law 19.1of the Laws of the Sport of Bowls. More Elf n Safety\!!!!!!!!
I am going to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous [hopefully] New Year.
